rac-framework-rs Start failed Faulted - reconfiguration in progress

Hi, everyone,I got a problem about sun cluster udlm resource .

Node2 met a memory problem ,and got panic 5 times.And after the memory replaced ,the rac-framework-rs starts failed.

I have already uninstall and reinstall the ORCLudlm in non-cluster mode,and confirm the time between 2 node is less than 10 seconds.

Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you.
