Payroll Reset - Does not Reset Selected Employees

Experts!

When the payroll is executed all the employee are selected as per the data selection and calculation is accurate.

However, when the payroll is reset about 10 EEs payment is not reset and payroll id is stuck in status '1'.

We tried to reset the payment through the payment information form. 8 out of 10 employee is reset and again 2 of them were not reset.

Have any one faced this issue? and Is there a specific root cause for this?
