Customizing Cascade Style Sheets

We are trying to change the color of the forms in our QA environment to help alert users that accidentally sign-in to the wrong system. I am following the instructions found in the Hyperion Planning Admin guide - section "Customizing Cascading Style Sheets"

My issue is that when I follow the instructions, i come to the realization that we don't only have one HyperionPlanning.Ear file, we have 9 of them scattered throughout various folders. Before editing any of them, I'd like to get help to identify which file needs to be edited -or would all of them be edited? I'm assuming the multiple files represent separate installations, patches/upgrades..    A view of the many files are attached to this post.   Thank you to anyone that knows!
