Release Holds -

Hello,

Would like to know the logic of updating Release Hold and the last_updated_by for Invoices.

The reason is that we want to put and release our own holds in a package using the AP_HOLDS_PKG package. 

Can we do that? and how can we put the user who run our package?

We are 11.5.10.2.
