hi, I need to run a weblink to retrieve data back to my Opportunity screen when a user click on select

/OnDemand/user/analytics/saw.dll?Go&Path=%2fshared%2fCompany_30041_Shared_Folder%2fWIP%2fIncentiveList&Options=rfd&Action=Navigate&P0=1&P1=bwith&P2=Opportuntiy."IndexedLongText0"&P3=%%%IndexedLongText0%%%

it runs the report, however when a user click on select - error on page
