Install oem12c agent using emcli when root directory not owned by root user

Hi I am trying to install oem 12c agents using emcli submit_add_host. On the target server root directory is not owned by root or agent os user i am using. So due to that its failing at remote prerequisite check.

Is there any parameter like ignoreprereqs so that installation will proceed.
