Oracle Install Base - SFM set up

Hi,

We are planning to use Install Base in 6 months down the lane. The mandatory set up on SFM needs below

?Navigate to System Administrator > Concurrent >
Manager > Define> SFM Event Manager Queue Service

In the Parameter field, change the value of
XDP_DQ_INIT_NUM_THREADS to 1 (XDP_DQ_INIT_NUM_THREADS=1)."

Our SFM is currently set up as in screen shot. The document says "CHANGE" the XDP_DQ_INIT_NUM_THREADS and as we donot have any value set for "XDP_DQ_INIT_NUM_THREADS". Do we need to add a new row for XDP_DQ_INIT_NUM_THREADS. At the end are we expected to have 2 rows (or should we delete the existing and add XDP_DQ_INIT_NUM_THREADS) under the SFM queue for IB to work as expected. If you can paste a screen shot of the way it is in your instance, then it will be help too.
