Hi,

We see that we are getting this error for Bill only/credit only lines in the IB transaction errors. We have the profile OM: Automatically Interface Lines to IB on Fulfillment set to Yes. As per the document(Doc ID 1057445.1), we have a option to turning it off. Can you please let me know how to have this "on" and still not get this error? Our idea is that if we have it set as "Yes" we can see the credit transactions recorded in IB. Can you please let us know what is the information IB is expectin in transaction details for these transactions to be captured in IB.
