iExpense - Project Allocation Tab not visible

Hello

In iExpense, I am unable to view the Project Allocation Tab

I have the following profiles set:

OIE:Enable Expense Allocations -> Automatically-enabled

OIE:Enable Project Allocation -> Yes

OIE:Enable Project Expenditure Organization -> Yes

PA: Allow Project-Related Entry in Oracle Internet Expenses -> Yes

However, when I go to create an Expense Report, I the Project Allocation Tab does not appear.

Any help ?
