Error while installing Database Configuration Utility Unable to open file 'set_unicode.sql'

Dear Members

We have installed siebel 8.2.2 and patched it with 8.2.2.2. While running DB config Utility we encountered an error. <<Unable to open file 'set_unicode.sql'.>>

I checked on that location this file was not there. One file was there with name "set_unicode_odbc.sql"

Please help me out.
