Can't find custom object P55xxx in OMW

Hi, i was wondering how to find the custom object in a proper way ?

Is the object always placed in DV (21) 1st or in PY (26) 1st  if DV is not setup ?

Regardless of the environment login Eg, DV900, PD900, PY900, JDEPLAN,  DEP900, any object created will be placed in DV o PY ?  

IF can't find the specified custom object Eg P55xxx,,,what  should i do in order to find this root cause ?

Could it be that object is not check in to central object from certain machine ?

pls advice.....
