Though we used repair order status as closed in repair workbench.. still system shows closed repair

User want to view only the open repair orders, so that he can give the replacement.

We observed that though we used the repair order status - open and click on find,

still system shows closed repair orders.

We need guidance for

1. How can we view only the open repair orders.

2. How to close the service request when all repair orders of that service request closed.
