Note Type LOV is showing different values when navigating between party and opportunity

Log in as sales user

2. Query a party.

3. Click Opportunity Overview Tab.

4. Choose a Opportunity which owns Notes.

5. Click show for view notes details

6. Click Full Notes icon.

7. Check the Note type which all mapped Party not Opportunity

if user opens Note type LOV from party and again navigate to Opportunity page and opens Note type LOV and vice versa. i.e from party --> oppty (or) from opty

,it shows party Notes types  on Opportunity and vice versa

Could you please let me know the why this is happening.
