11.5.10.2 : Need assistance to finalize the latest rollup patches available for each "FULLY INSTALLE

Hello,

patchsets.sh seems to provide latest available ROLL-UP patches only for some products but not for all.
We would' like to know what are the latest available roll-up patches for each of the "FULLY INSTALLED" application products that we currently have.
This is required as we're in the process of upgrading 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2.
