CTI with OpenUI thin client resulted in many pop-ups

I am facing a strange issue when using CTI with Siebel OpenUI. A lot many pop-up notifications are appearing on the browser. We can close them one by one, but this is annoying for the user. Can I disable these pop-ups automatically?
