Issue in GL Calendar

I am doing implementation for one client , the GL period in this site should start from Jul from each year, I defined my calendar for type is calendar not fiscal and calendar start date is Jul-13 and it will end in Jun-14.

The system accept to open the periods from Jul-13 to Nov-13, when I try to open the rest of the periods I got the below error:

There are not enough periods defined in your Calendar. Please define your future enterable periods.
