SAML-Configuration via WebLogic Server

Hi all,

as you know, it is possible to configure SAML functions via WebLogic Server. There are in WLS extensive SAML-Options available.

But also, It is possible that we configure the simple functions of SAML via Policies (e.g. SOA). I would like to know which Advantage(s)/disadvantage(s) has the first way (SAML configuration via WLS)?

Or we can simply use policies without any issue?
