I am deleting inventory items and getting ABC Compiles errors

We have over 13,000 items that were from an old conversion and we want to delete them however when I ran the "check" process on the delete screen it appears that most of these items have been associated with ABC Compiles and/or cycle counts.   I have several questions:  (1) How do we easily identify what compiles and inventory orgs these items are setup under (2) how do we get rid of the compiles and cycle count associations without messing up what is working and (3) since this is a lot of items how do we do all this without a
