Invoice Update Business Event?

I would like to trigger a process whenever an invoice is updated.  Is there a business event available in 12.1.3 that would make sense to use for this requirement?

I have searched and found mention of an oracle.apps.ap.event.invoice.create.update here but I do not see this event defined in my 12.1.3 instance.
