RPAS - Making a measure editable in elapsed period

Hi All,

Could you please let me know how do we make a specific measure editable even in elapsed period in a particular workbook?

I have few set of measures(Original Plan version) which are non-editable in most of the workbooks but in one of the workbooks they are editable even in elapsed period (this is as per the requirement by the business). So I am trying to understand how this is designed. There is no difference in the workbooks design section of the configuration tool when I compare this workbook with the others. I guess this is handled in Rules.
