Patch 17774755 Failure on POS_SUPPLIER_SEARCH_INDEX.sql

I ran into patch failure while applying 17774755.  EBS Version: 12.1.3 and Database Version: 11.2.0.3, O.S RHEL 6

Appreciate if you could shre the action plan to fix this.

The error was

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/code01_934/applmgr/R12/amroea/apps/apps_st/appl/pos/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/POS_SUPPLIER_SEARCH_INDEX.sql
