iProcurement: Charge Account not being generated automatically for some iProc Stores [POST UPGRADE]

Hi All,

We are currently on 12.1.2 and is going for a 12.1.3 upgrade.

In our non-Prod 12.1.3 instance, while creating Requisitions, the Charge Account does not get automatically generated for some Stores, whereas for some other stores the Charge Account gets generated automatically.

Upon clicking 'View Cart and Checkout' for such Requisitions, it displays an 'Enter Charge Account' link where the auto-generated charge account is expected. I have tested it in 12.1.2 instance for the same stores and there were no issues. The Charge Account gets generated. The issue is only present in 12.1.3.

The 'Enter Charge Account' link is working fine, but it adds much overhead to the simple procedure of raising a requisition through iProc. Business users are accustomed to the Charge Account being auto-generated and would be unwilling to go through the process of populating the charge account fields manually. (This is a tedious task too since they would need to know the valid code combinations too).
