iProcurement: POs not being created from approved requisitions [POST UPGRADE]

Hi All,

We are currently on 12.1.2 and going for a 12.1.3 upgrade.

In our 12.1.3 non-Prod instance, we are unable to create POs from approved requisitions.

Have come across the following patch on MOS:

18120913 > This patch is already present in our instance. Even then we are not able to create purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions.

We have also tried the AutoCreate functionality in Core Purchasing to create the POs. The system throws an error 'Error: Unexpected Error Occurred During Autocreate'.

Has anyone experienced the same or anything similar? Any inputs would be of much help.
