Unable to drill down to Service Contract from Service Contract Search Screen(OA Page)

We have a strange issue with only one user who is not able to drill down to Service

Contract from the Service Contract Search Screen (OA Page). There was no issue

previously with this user, but suddenly he is having this issue.

We have

checked the IE settings and compared with other systems where it is working, but

we could not able to solve this problem.

This is more of system issue as

the same user if logged into other system then he is not having any issue

Steps:

1. Go to Service Contract Manager -> Contract Search (OA

Page)

2. Query for a contract Number
