Address Book Phone and Email Outbound Interoperability ?

I have a circumstance to enable Address Book (Supplier Type) Outbound interoperability.

Running E1 9.1

Created appropriate version for P01012 and P04012  and their interop MBF are correctly set.

For any Add/Update to AB Supplier type, an outbound entry is created in F0101Z2 and F0401Z1. No issue with that.

But, changes to Phone and Email it is not triggering any record for Outbound interop for the "0" line Who's Who

Question:

1. For "0" line Who's Who Phone and Email changes, I wanted F0101Z2 outbound record to have the Phone and Email data to be populated. But it is not doing that.
