How do I moving epm11.1.1.x new server? (ip, hostname change)

hello,

Epm 11.1.1.x is currently installed on the server 2003.

DB repository is to be installed on a different server.

DB repository is installed on the server, except for the EPM is installed on the server to move to a new server 2008.

How do I moving epm11.1.1.x new server?

The new server IP, HOSTNAME has changed.
