Issue in T_ep_cto and t_ep_cto_data table data for many pids

Hello Experts, We have an issue with the data population in T_ep_cto table where in the item which was earlier deleted but had a cto structure in the system. Now the same Items again came into the system and their t_ep_item_ep_id got changed . Now the issue is the old t_ep_item_ep_id which was associated with the item still exists in the t_ep_cto table and the cto structure is associated with the old one. We need this cto structure to be associated with the new  t_ep_item_ep_id of the item which is not happening and hence the complete cto structure is not
