Java Heap Space Error : set DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS to 3072 ? (Oracle EBS R12.1.3)

Environment : Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with XML Publisher / Error : Java Heap Space

Hi,

I am a getting following error "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space" with eText output template that generate a large CSV to be sent via email (error in the log of XML Publisher Report Bursting Program).

- does it make sense to set DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS to "J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx3072m" ?

As of today, environment is set like this :

- DEVELOPER_PARAMETERS = J:oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsf.GSMServiceController:-mx2048m

- profile options :

     - Concurrent:OPP Initialization Delay = 30

     - Concurrent:OPP Process Timeout = 600

     - Concurrent:OPP Response Timeout = 600
