Is it advisable to change the begin date in cash management system parameters

Hi Guru's,

We had implemented cash management for payables and receivables modules, later we had a requirement to disappear the cleared but unreconciled and uncleared transactions from cash in transit report so we had changed the begin date in the system parameters.

Is that the reason why no LOV’s in the system parameters now or any other reason why we are not able to query or find LOV in the system parameters in cash management?
