Unable to view "change owner " action in Install base search page

Hi ,

When we click on the "view and transfer item instances" menu , the page that is opened doesnot contain the menu for change owner etc.

Only following actions are available

contracts

service requests

repair orders

orders

counters

notes

item instance history

This is occuirng only in UAT instance, in DEV instance the IB page contains all information

when we click on the menu, there is a difference in the url
