Patch # and how to apply it

Dear  Experts,

I have installed 11.5.10.2 x32 Linux in a test environment, So I need one patch # to download and apply on it.

2nd I have installed  EBS 11i and cloned to another server successfully. Is there any URL to check test forms and report to confirm everything are working.
