Budget PTD amount in Account query differs to Journal amount entered

Hi,

When I do an account inquiry for a Budget, the PTD shows 49k, however when I click on Journal details, the amount entered is only 17k. Can someone expalin where I may be getting the difference from? It is affecting our FSG reporting
