Forms molto lento

Ciao, ho un problema in una applicazione forms and reports 11g in cui tra un tab ed un altro riscontro un ritardo molto alto. Questo accade solo in produzione e non  in test.

Ho aperto una SR oracle da oltre un mese ma senza alcun risultato concreto.

Sono graditi suggerimenti in merito.
