Autofit LOV Column and Window Width

Is it possible to personalize/customize so a List of Value pop-up window auto adjusts to fit column width to longest value and then have the pop-up window itself auto adjust to fit all columns?  I know how to do a forms personalization to default the size of the window, but that is a hard coded-value that ignores the data being returned.  I would like it to be able to know what is being returned and then adjust accordingly.

Attached is a sample of current view and desired view.
