R12.1.3 UWQ reflecting task for users where they have closed their portion

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have users whom are assigned to a task via task management "MORE" option under assignments.  The user "closes" the assignment, but the task still appears in their UWQ.  It is not leaving the UWQ until the overall task is completed. 

Is there a way so that when a person "closes" their assignment it is no longer appearing in their queue as if it still needs to be worked.  Same thing happens to mobile field service wireless application, close task appearing in list of tasks that need to be worked.

Ideas?
