finding details of CSI

I don't seem to be able to find a place in MOS that will actually give me the details of my company's various CSIs.

Background:

I have an old email from the manager responsible for all IT center contracts, that lists multiple CSI's and a brief description of what they cover (including which system it was purchased for).

Earlier to day I had to open an SR.  It presented me with the same number of CSI's to choose from, but the actual id numbers were different than the list I have.

And to get even more interesting, when I went to the MOS Settings -> Administrative -> Support Identifiers, it listed fewer than were presented for selection when createing the SR; the ID's of those listed were among those presented for selection at SR creation.
