Upgrade from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.4

Hello!

We have several databases that we will be upgrading from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.4.0.  My question is - in doing this, will all the patching be up-to-date at this point and then we can move forward with patching?   Does the upgrade include all previous patches?
