EBS R12.2 upgrade from 11i failures

Hi,

We are doing a test upgrade from EBS 11i to R12.2.    While applying the upgrade driver,  we are having the following error

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file jai6686003.sql on worker  1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

sql /f00/appterc/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ja/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/jai6686003.sql

Set the Module name & Client id successfully for file 'jai6686003.sql'

Start time for statement below is: Wed Apr 30 2014 14:16:05

ALTER table JAI_AP_MATCH_INV_TAXES modify po_distribution_id null
