Height of the rows in the Worksheet. How to autoadjust the height ?

Hi All,

7.3.0.2

Very basic question..When we open a worksheet--we are able to wrap the header for column widht..how do we adjsut the Row height..actually we wanted to figure out how the system will autoadjsut the height of each row..Currently we are seeing some rows greater hieght than the others..it is not giving a good finished look.

Which paramter controls the hieght of a row in a Worksheet ? Pl see the attachment to get an idea.
