US HR 2014 OFCCP Patch for Release 12.1 - Error when adding military discharge date

We have applied patch 18410751:R12.PER.B in a test environment.

When I was using the new menu item 'Disclose Veteran Status' and including a military discharge date, I was getting this error:

ORA-20001: ERROR: Invalid Information Type ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_PERSON_EXTRA_INFO_API", line 330 ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_US_UPDATE_PERSON_SS", line 178 ORAC-06512: at line 1.

I read Document ID 1639501.1 and it didn't talk about a new extra information type but I noticed the error was only occurring when I entered a military discharge date.  I checked the Descriptive Flexfield Segments and found that under Application:Human Resources, Title: Extra person Information there was a value called 'VETS 100A' with a segment value of 'Military Discharge Date'.  Proceeding with the assumption that this is the place this value should be stored, I tried to add the EIT under information types security but it wasn't in the list of values.  I was able to determine that VETS 100A Information Type wasn't
