os commands running very slow

Hello,

The os commands is running very slow also GPFS file system is going mounted and unmounted intermittently we confirmed from network team that there is not network issue.Please assist what other troubleshooting  steps can be taken

All the commands on AIX are running very slow.

Below is few stats but I didn't find any issue in cpu or memory reosurces
