Migrating siebel application from one datacenter to new data center

Hi ,

Currently siebel application is running in US datacenter and we are planning to move to new datacenter . As part of this we installed siebel in new data center machines and we are havign question on data part.

How we can migrate the existing siebel production application to new environment.  can you help us with the steps and does just impoting/exporting db wors fine. What are all the changes needs to be done at siebel applciation side.
