Link to Outside WebSite From Employee Self service Responsibility

Hi,

My requirement is to add a Menu with 2 function and each function directing to the external Website.

For example

Menu 1 --> Function 1(directs to some http site 1)

           -->  Function 2(directs to some http site 1).

I have created the functions using SSWA plsql function but when I click on to the function it is giving 'The requested URL /pls/TEST/OracleSSWA.Execute was not found on this server.' error.

I again tried to create a function with SSWA jsp function but when I try to give the link in Web HTML using the below
