OVM Manager 3.2.7_b730 does not discover ODA nodes

We have installed OVM Manager on a phsical server on the same network as the ODA X4-2 nodes.  We used the 8899 port and IP range of the ODA nodes.  We get a message that all the IP fail.

We also used the 5900 port that Oracle installers used to setup the Applicance Manager on the OODA nodes.  Nothing is discovered.
