Question on patch 14405087 Demantra 7.3.1.4 install

Hi All,

my client is having a decentralized VCP install 12.1.3.8.

They want to start with Demantra DM module. As per theDoc ID 727237.1 , we will apply patch 14405087 .

Question,

1) Do we need to apply any other patch other than 14405087 ?

2) Does this patch needed on EBS Source instance as well ?

3) Readme of this patch has statement 1. This release includes both a platform and application upgrade option. Since our's is a fresh install want to know what should be our selection for this?
