PHRT didn't get updated when R06394 Future Data Revisions was run

I have read document 1588975.1 and I see the mistake we made.... we ran our annual salary increases through with a processing option 1 instead of a 2 for full edit. So: what do we do now? The changes have been in
place for a month.... 2 payrolls have been run. Is there anything we can do short of entering revisions again and running FDR again? or is there a way to only get the PHRT updated?
