Are you tired of taking print screens of your processing options to send to GSS World Support?

Opening service requests with Support can require adding attachments to explain the issue that is occurring. Many times, Support will respond back requesting the processing options for the program in question. When this occurs and, if your program is for example, Sales Order Entry (P4211), there are well over 80 processing options to capture and this request can take a lot of time to fulfill.

Instead of taking print screens, you can print your processing options out in a report to attach and send to Support.
