How to configure R12 PCP on RAC with SCAN Listeners

Hello:

Can someone point me to an MOS doc that talks about PCP configuration on RAC with SCAN listeners enabled?

Any kownn issues with configuration that needs any patches?

Here is our configuration :

6-node DB with Oracle 11gR2 (11.2.0.3)

SCAN configured and enabled.

services enabled for application load balancing and node affinity.

8-node Application tier (4 for Web/Forms and 4 for PCP)

Issue: on PCP nodes, concurrent managers not able to get consistent connection because of SCAN.

The service on app node4 (say pcp1) should connect to DB node1 and the pcp1 service runs only on DB node1. However, when trying to connect, it connects once and fails 2 times with
