Bill to Ship to of related accounts on the SR form

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All

I have a requirement where SR is created for Customer A and ship to has to be Customer B.   Customer A and Customer B has account relationship between them.

when i click the Bill to / Ship to LOV i am not able to see the Related Customer addresses on the SR form or on the Agent dashboard form.

Let me know if anyone has achieved this on the SR form. Please let me know the setup which i have to follow.
