Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello Support,

When applying patch 18075555 after applying all necessary pre-requisites, it is getting stuck when trying to run fndcct.jar

I am only able to reproduce the error when applying this patch. Each time I try to restart the process it comes back with the same error.

We need it to test items for payroll before moving into production, and with how it won't apply we are not able to test
